All items that are in stock will be shipped within five(5) to ten(10) days of payment confirmation. If an item is no longer in stock, due to a previous sale, the customer will be notified as soon as possible by email. In case of shortage in the stock we will arrange the item chosen by you and the same will be shipped as earliest we can do .

Shipping Details :
Shipping is done via EMS (Express Mail Service). We also offer you shipping ( courier ) service of your choice. The prices of our items on the website are Jaipur, India. All other charges like shipping, insurance, C&F etc. are payable by the customer. We charge you as-per-actual for these expenses.

For retail orders, our shipping charge schedule is as follows :
 

We normally ship retail orders on the same working day. In case, we are short of stock, we shall intimate you by email the delivery date.

For wholesale orders, the shipping charges are calcualted on basis of city of delivery, total weight of the goods and type of shipping company. When you place the wholesale order, we shall calculate the exact shipping expense and let you know by email.
For wholesale orders, our delivery time will be 2 weeks from the date of confirmation.
